Job Title: Food production operative
Location: Redditch
Salary: From £12.21/hour +£6.50/shift bonus
Hours: Mon- Fri Pm shift 2pm-10pm (training on am shift 5am-13:30pm)

To apply you must be good in English speaking, reading, and writing to fulfil all aspects of role i.e., being able to read written instructions and understand company and procedures.
Purpose to join a busy preparation team within the production area.
Key responsibilities:
Mixing products following written instructions
Manual handling of ingredients
Safely operating machinery
Labelling
Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
Supportive and committed to the manufacturing team and all other areas of the business
Work to good hygiene and housekeeping practices set out by the company, keeping your work area clean and tidy
Ensure product is of good quality, complete quality checks as you work
You as a person
Experience in a fast chilled food manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
Strong communicator
Team player who is comfortable "getting stuck in", and supportive to others
Motivational and positive attitude
Adaptable and can take initiative.
