Job Description
New Recruits are looking for Food Production Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Bicester. Key Activities & Responsibilities: · Achieving the daily/weekly food production plan- ensure it completed in full and in a timely manner · Working to and following the production recipes, systems and procedures ensuring product quality, food safety and legality are maintained · Ensure that all equipment checks are completed and cleaned during and postproduction Correct care and safe use of all company equipment is adhered to at all times · Carry out Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock takes · To ensure cleanliness are and hygiene are maintained, observing “clean as you go policy” to be followed · To ensure product is correctly labelled, rotated maintaining first in first out principles · Ensure all production and technical paperwork is thoroughly and accurately completed · Cooking / mixing large and small batches of products which will need physical manual stirring, mixing and monitoring · Will come into contact allergens, raw and cooked food · Will involve some lifting and there is bending, stretching and standing depending on the task allocated · The operation is carried out in a cold or hot production area; it could be in full PPE which will be provided · Must be able to commit to flexible working shift patterns as and when the job demands · Ability to follow written and spoken instructions · Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and adhere to them at all times ALL TRAINING AND PPE PROVIDED *For more details, please contact New Recruits on (phone number removed)* Job Type: Full-time Pay: £12.21 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: Bicester (Oxfordshire): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Before You Apply
