Job Description
Blue Arrow are recruiting for food production operatives in the Tenbury Wells area.
Requirements:
- Be able to work Monday to Friday for day shifts
- Be able to work Sunday to Thursday for night shifts.
- Potential weekend night shifts available.
- Experience in warehouse and/or food production.
- Experience with picking, packing and labelling.
- Ideally drive or be from the area due to shift times
Shifts.
DAY shift patterns are based on a weekly rotation which alternates.
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6AM - 2pm Friday 5am - 12pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm Friday 12pm - 7pm
NIGHT shift pattern:
Sunday to Thursday - 10pm - 6am.
Job Duties:
- Labelling products such as food pots, bottles
- Managing palettes and large quantities of stock
- Packaging products in accordance to companies procedures
- Preparing food to go into bottles, sachets.
- Organising throughout the shift
- Keeping up with the demand of the job and production levels required.

Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Must be reliable
