📍 Location: Redditch
💰 Salary: From £12.21/hour + £6.50/shift bonus if working afternoons
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, Days - 06:00 - 14:30 & Afternoon shift is 15:00 - 23:30

We’re looking for motivated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join our busy preparation team. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment and want to be part of a supportive team producing high-quality food products, this is the role for you!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Mixing ingredients according to written instructions
Manual handling of raw materials
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Labelling and packaging products
Performing quality checks throughout production
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in your work area
Supporting your team and contributing to a positive work environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential: Good English skills (speaking, reading, and writing) to follow instructions and complete documentation
Advantageous: Experience in a fast-paced, chilled food manufacturing environment
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
A strong communicator and team player
Positive, motivated, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
