Location: Ashington, West Sussex
Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm)

Food Production Operative Duties:
We’re hiring enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Operatives to support a leading manufacturer in Ashington. If you enjoy being hands-on in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and quality, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Line and prepare oven trays for baking
* Handle and transport trays with care and efficiency
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Cut, finish, and hand-decorate baked goods to exacting standards
* Label and date products accurately for dispatch
* Pack goods securely for delivery
* Report any machinery issues to supervisors promptly
Shift Details
* Rotating schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off
* 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm
What We’re Looking For
* Reliable transport (site not accessible by public transport)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous experience in food production or factory settings is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
