St Austell, Cornwall
£13.50 per hour
06:00 – 16:00/18:00, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Production Supervisor to join a dynamic team in a busy food manufacturing facility in St Austell. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone with a background in food production and a passion for leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Supervise and support production staff on shift
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
Monitor output and ensure production targets are met
Complete and maintain accurate production records
Liaise with management to report progress and resolve issues
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
