The business is seeking to employ a food sciences graduate to join their growing team of close-knit professionals. The Job you will do:
* A significant part of your role will involve applying your scientific knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.
* This could include analysing product performance, reviewing ingredient functionality, troubleshooting production issues, or supporting trials for new or improved products.
* You will also be involved in maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding company and industry standards for quality and food safety.
* The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and understand the full product lifecycle—from concept through to production and distribution.
* You will be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas, and continuously learn as you rotate or engage with different areas of the business.
About you:
* Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
* Strong interest in food manufacturing and product development
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
