Job Opportunity: Food Technology Teacher
Pioneer People are looking for a Food Technology Teacher based in Redditch.
There are both Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available, beginning September 2025, that offers competitive pay for someone who fits the following criteria.

You must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Specialism or significant experience in Food Technology or a related subject (2+ years’ experience)
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
* Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
* A passion for delivering engaging, hands-on lessons in food preparation, nutrition, and sustainability
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and professional development
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Plan and implement creative and inspiring lessons that cover areas such as food safety, nutrition, cookery skills, and sustainable practices
* Promote high standards of food hygiene and safety during all practical sessions
* Track and assess student progress, offering feedback and support to promote achievement
* Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and departmental planning
* Support students with GCSE coursework and exam preparation
* Take part in school life, including enrichment activities such as food clubs, events, or themed projects
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed.
