Job Description
We are looking for a Food Technology Teacher to work in a friendly and forward-thinking school based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Food Technology Teacher required from September on a full-time basis

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Food Technology Teacher to join a well-run and inclusive department with a strong reputation in both academic and vocational food education. You will teach KS3 and KS4 Food Preparation and Nutrition and may also contribute to PSHE and health projects across the school.
The school boasts two newly refurbished food rooms, each equipped with modern cookers, demonstration cameras, and digital learning resources. The department is supported by a dedicated technician and runs a full programme of enrichment, including cooking clubs, charity bake-offs, and healthy eating campaigns.
Experience and Qualifications
• A degree in Food, Nutrition, or related DT subject with QTS
• Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4
• High standards for hygiene, safety, and practical delivery
• Enthusiasm for food education and student engagement
• Right to work in the UK is essential
