Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
A leading facilities services provider is looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer with an electrical bias to join its technical team, supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across Central London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working across multiple buildings without being tied to one location.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
*
Respond to breakdowns and urgent call-outs
*
Minor installations, repairs and replacements (e.g. lighting, power, distribution boards)
*
Basic multi-skilled maintenance across building services (mechanical where required)
*
Complete compliance checks and maintain service records
*
Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure smooth service delivery
*
Ensure all work is carried out safely and to industry standards
Experience & Qualifications:
*
Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
*
17th or 18th Edition certification
*
Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
*
Good knowledge of building services systems
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
