Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - Up to £48,000 + Zones 1 & 2 Travel Card
Exciting opportunity to work for a Growing FM service provider situated in London. CBW is currently looking for 1 x Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a variety of sites in central London. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a variety of sites where he or they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
The company are expanding and looking for engineers to grow with them.

Up to £45-48,000
Zones 1 & 2
Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Booster sets
Heating systems
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
General building fabric
Monitor mechanical plantRequirements
Electrically Or Mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
An understanding of commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
