We’re seeking an Electrically Qualified Maintenance Engineer to work across a prestigious portfolio of blue-chip commercial buildings in London.

🔍 Your Day-to-Day:

Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
*
Servicing fire alarms, emergency lighting, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, and water systems
*
Working across landlord and tenanted areas in high-end commercial buildings
*
Ensuring statutory compliance and building safety
*
Being a key player in a small, dynamic maintenance team
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
*
18th Edition Qualified Electrician
*
Commercial building maintenance experience
*
Client-facing and proactive
*
Ideally experienced in Periodic Fixed Wire Testing
*
Full UK driving licence required
