Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer
Mayfair & Surrounding Areas
Up to £47,000 Basic + Overtime + Package (Depending on Experience)
A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-end commercial offices and luxury residential properties in the Mayfair area and beyond. The Role:
As a Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer, your duties will include:
Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical plant equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and pumps.
Responding to mechanical and electrical breakdowns across various sites.
Carrying out reactive plumbing works and basic fabric maintenance.
Supporting the wider team with electrical systems and general building services.
Working across multiple commercial and high-end residential buildings in Central London.
Requirements:
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (or equivalent).
Proven experience working on both mechanical and electrical plant equipment within commercial or residential environments.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently across a variety of sites.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
