Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering multiple commercial sites across Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Travel package (reimbursed monthly) + Holiday + Benefits

A leading Hard FM contractor is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-end commercial office sites in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for service delivery and employee development.
Role Overview - As a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical and mechanical plant
Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs across building systems, working to SFG20 standards
Service and maintain BMS front-end systems (basic knowledge required)
Travel between multiple client sites in Central London on foot
Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service
Requirements - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
Solid experience with PPMs, fault finding, and reactive repairs on building systems
Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Be within a commutable distance to Central London
Comfortable with foot-mobile travel between sites
