Job Title: 2x Foreman (Civils)
Location: IP17 1UT
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £28–£36 per hour (depending on pay method)
About the Role
We are looking for 2 experienced Working Foremen to join a large heavy civils project in IP17. The project involves building a haul road and substations, so proven civils site experience is essential.
Key Requirements:
* CSCS Black Card (essential)
* SSSTS (minimum), SMSTS (preferred)
* Strong experience managing labour and site activities on civil construction projects
* Previous experience as a Foreman
What you will do:
* Lead teams and oversee daily site activities
* Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
* Actively work on-site while managing labour and workflow
