Job Description
We are recruiting for a Foreman to join a high-profile project within the Energy Transmission and Distribution sector, delivering a Battery Storage Park that will play a key role in the UK's renewable energy journey. StitThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Foreman to lead on-site activities and drive progress on a major infrastructure scheme.
The Role
As Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site operations within your section of works. You'll oversee teams and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Working closely with engineers and site management, you'll be a key figure in maintaining productivity and quality on site.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
·Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
·Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and standards.
·Support the delivery of short-term programmes and daily briefings.
·Champion health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
·Report daily progress and issues to site management.
About You:
·Previous experience as a Foreman (civils, infrastructure, or energy projects preferred).
·Strong background in managing site teams within the power, renewables, or heavy civils environment.
·SMSTS certification is required.
·Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
·A proactive approach with the ability to drive progress on site.
