Forensic Design Manager
London/South West
3 months +
We are in need of a talented individual to assist a Consultancy with some investigative work on a new build development currently on site. They are engaged on a contract where they are reviewing the progress on the scheme, assessing the flow of design and commercial input and potentially recommending changes for implementation to bring the project back in line with programme aspirations.
In terms of the Design, the role would involve conducting a review on the process so far from initial presentation of design information to interpretation, and ensuring how this has been managed and delivered to the site teams. It's envisaged that the successful candidate will have a strong Design management background with sound awareness of major, £multi-million main contracting schemes in the UK, with Academic qualifications to supplement the practical knowledge.
Whilst the project is in the city, there isn't the need to visit site daily and the client is south west based so ideally we are seeking someone south west based that can travel between the two if required.
This is a 3 month contract initially with potential for further works thereafter so if you could be free and you're keen to know more, please call us on (phone number removed)
