A charming & welcoming primary school, based in Cheadle, are searching for a Forest School Practitioner / Educator to lead and inspire a love of outdoors within their fantastic forest school area!
Forest School Practitioner / Educator:
As the schools Forest School Practitioner / Educator you would be responsible for leading classes of children in outdoor learning activities; as well as developing and embedding outdoor learning throughout the whole school curriculum promoting environmental education.
This Forest School Practitioner / Educator role is extremely unique and would be brilliant for someone who has experience working in a school / education-based setting and has a true love of the outdoors!

Forest School Practitioner / Educator – The Role:
Plan, prepare and deliver purposeful and productive outdoor activities for children.
Promote a love of the outdoors and the environment
Work alongside class teachers and support staff
Contribute to the wider school community
Forest School Practitioner / Educator – Qualifications & characteristics required:
Level 3 Forest School Leader or outdoor qualifications / degree
Previous experience of delivering outdoor education provision
Great communication skills & behaviour management
Can work independently and effectively with large groups of children
