Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Redditch, is seeking enthusiastic Forge Operatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with immediate starts available!
Position Details:
Roles Available: Final Inspection, Press Feeders, Stampers, and Assembly Operators
Location: Redditch
Salary: £14 per hour, plus shift allowance where applicable
Shifts: Days - 6am-4pm (Monday to Thursday)Key Responsibilities:
Perform tasks in a foundry environment, including final inspection, operating waterjets, feeding presses, stamping, and assembly operations.
Engage in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards.Requirements:
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in all roles.
Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment is highly beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
