Job Description

FLT Driver - Temp to Perm**
Ellesmere Port
£12.71 per hour + £50 weekly attendance bonus

Kinetic plc are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver to join a leading horticulture company based in Ellesmere Port. This is a **temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available**.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Operating a counterbalance forklift truck in a busy warehouse environment
* Supporting general warehouse operations
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting

**Requirements**

* Valid **counterbalance FLT licence** (essential)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Experience with a **double handler fork** (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable and able to work rotating shifts

**Working Hours**

**Rotating shift pattern:**

* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
* Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
