Logistics Operative Needed!

Our client, a prominent organisation in the manufacturing and production sector, is searching for a dedicated Logistics Operative to join their dynamic team in Westhoughton! Location: Westhoughton
Hours: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) - Includes two weekends in a 5-week rota
Compensation: £16.36 - £19.26 per hour, depending on shift pattern
Important: Candidates must pass a full 5-year vetting process, including a DBS and credit check.
### Key Accountability's:
Maintain accurate stock levels by reconciling goods onto the ERP system.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in materials control.
Inspect and verify incoming materials for conformity and proper labelling.
Safely dispose of waste and manage ink returns.
Issue stock and parts to the press, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
Load vehicles for deliveries and manage stock rotation effectively.
### Essential Skills:
Counter Balance Forklift Certification is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, WMS, and ERP systems.
Experience in quality inspection and audits.
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and quality inspection environments.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Good numerical and literacy skills.
Physically fit with manual handling capabilities.
Flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
