Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Lichfield, Fradley Park
Salary: £15 per hour
Job Type: 12 Week Temp 2 Perm
Start Date: ASAP
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy logistics team in Lichfield, Fradley Park. If you have a keen eye for safety, a strong work ethic, and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
Load and unload double decker trailers curtain side and move them around the warehouse or yard
Maintain accurate records of stock movements
Support warehouse operations as required
Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks
Adhere to health & safety procedures and site protocols
Requirements:
Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistics environment
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach
