Job Description
Forklift Driver – Counterbalance
Location: Northampton
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
️ Training Shift: Day shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (initial weeks)
Temp to Perm £31500 per annum
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy production environment in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Move materials around the production site
Load and unload goods as required
Support production teams with material handling
Maintain safety standards and follow site procedures
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work initial day shift for training
