Job Description
Nexwave Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver / Overhead Crane Operative to join our client’s busy team based in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual looking for long-term, stable work within a well-established manufacturing/engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating FLT (Counterbalance or Reach – valid licence required)
Operating overhead cranes safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading materials
Moving and storing products around the warehouse/factory
Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
Requirements:
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
Overhead crane experience (licence preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or steel environment is an advantage
A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
Reliability and willingness to work rotating shifts
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (rotating)
