Forklift Driver - Counterbalance
Days, £17 per hour, 8-12 weeks
Cardiff - not accessible by public transport
Yolk Recruitment has a new temporary opportunity for a Forklift Driver with personal Counterbalance license to join a well-established and growing business in a critical industry on an ongoing basis. Own counterbalance license is essential, in-house certification in a previous role is not permitted.
This is what you'll be doing
Operating a 4.5-tonne Counterbalance forklift to move materials safely around a busy manufacturing site
Receiving incoming goods and storing them in the correct locations
Supplying materials to production areas as needed
Preparing and loading finished goods for dispatch
Following site procedures and working in line with health and safety standards
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse activities
Supporting wider warehouse operations with general duties when required This is what you'll need
Forklift license and experience of 4.5 tonne counterbalance is essential
Experience in warehousing essential, within manufacturing is advantageous
