Job Description
We’re hiring Forklift Drivers who hold a Counterbalance licence to join our automotive manufacturing client in Newbury.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a clear shift pattern you can count on. You’ll play a vital role in the warehouse operation, working in a fast-paced setting where efficiency, safety and teamwork make all the difference.

Static Shifts Available:
* AM: 06:00am to 14:00pm
* PM: 14:00pm to 22:00pm
* Nights: 22:00pm to 06:00am
* Monday to Friday (39hrs per week)
Pay Rate:
* £14.11 to £17.34 per hour
* Attendance bonus
Duties Required:
* Operated FLT to pick, pack, load and unload products and materials.
* Moved and stacked stock for storage or shipment, ensuring safe transport to production areas.
* Inspected and maintained machinery, reporting damages and deficiencies as required.
* Completed inventory checks, activity logs, and associated paperwork.
* Ensured compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and maintained a clean, orderly workspace.
* Parked and secured all vehicles at the end of each shift.
Qualification & Skills Required:
* Flexi/Bendi, Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Licence required.
* Previous experience working in a Production or Warehouse environment is required.
* Physically fit due to nature of work.
