The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Forklift Counterbalance/Production Operatives for an ongoing opportunity starting in the Tangmere, Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a immediate new and full time role.

Due to location of the role, candidates must have their own transport unless they live locally. This is a seasonal role finishing around October 2026 with possibility of a permanent contract. 

Responsibilities:

Forklift Counterbalance Operating
Pack carts and trolleys to the required standard
Ensure production schedules are met
Unloading tots into hoppers
Adhere to clean as you go standardSkills and Knowledge:

Team player
A can do, positive working attitude
Reliability and FlexibilityWorking hours:

3 days on, 3 days off operating shift across a 7 day working week, 6am to 7pm

Pay: 

£13.50 per hour paid on a weekly basis
