Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
Location: Nursling Industrial Estate
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 3 months)
Start Date: Monday 13th October
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 18:30
Occasional Saturday shifts may be requiredAbout the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a well-established warehouse team based in Nursling. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy operation during their peak period.
Applicants must hold a valid Reach, Bendi, or Counterbalance Forklift Licence and ideally have recent experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately booking in customer orders via the warehouse portal
Picking and locating stock using the warehouse management system and RF scanners
Preparing hotel and bar stock orders
Loading and unloading trailers and containers
Booking in landed orders returned from ships
Scanning and processing documentation as per customer requirements
Completing all paperwork to company standards
Following all health & safety procedures
Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor/Operations Manager with day-to-day operationsAbout You
