Join a dynamic logistics and distribution team in Chard. A well-established family-run transport and warehousing company. As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move, load, and unload pallets
Receive deliveries and store goods accurately
Inspect pallets for damage or missing items
Pack and wrap goods for dispatch
Maintain accurate stock records and complete delivery paperwork
Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized
Assist with manual handling tasks as needed
✅ Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (refresher training available)
Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
