Location: Maldon area, Essex
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30
Full-Time, Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier based near Maldon, Essex, who are looking to add a Forklift Operator to their growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced driver with a valid counterbalance licence (Flexi experience would be a real bonus).
What’s on offer:
• Competitive salary between £28,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)
• Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends
• A full-time, permanent position with a stable and growing employer
• Supportive team environment within a busy goods-in department
Key responsibilities:
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely load and unload vehicles
• Locating, moving, and organising stock in warehouse racking
• Supporting the goods-in team with stock checks and counting
• Assisting with some heavy lifting when required
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
• Flexi forklift experience (advantageous, not essential)
• Previous warehouse or trade supply experience desirable
• A reliable, hard-working individual with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
