Warehouse Operative – Tividale, Oldbury
Full-time | Temporary and Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
About the Roles
We currently have two Warehouse Operative positions available at our clients busy site in Oldbury.
* Morning Shift (6am – 2pm) – Ongoing Temporary Role – £13.00 per hour
* Afternoon Shift (2pm – 10pm) – Temp to Perm Role – £13.50 per hour
You will work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, completing a range of duties including goods in/out, stock management, and equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Unload deliveries using an overhead crane and/or forklift truck (FLT)
* Book in deliveries accurately using SAP or similar systems
* Put stock away safely and efficiently
* Pack and load shipments ready for dispatch
* Carry out regular stock checks
* Operate warehouse equipment safely, including:
* Overhead crane
* 4-way, side-loading, multi-directional reach truck
* Counterbalance forklift
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Support colleagues and maintain a clean, safe working environment
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Valid licences for 4-way or counterbalance forklift and overhead crane (training can be provided)
* Confident using SAP and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Safety-conscious, reliable, and a strong team player
* Positive attitude and attention to detail
