New contract opportunities available**
We are seeking a number of contractors to work with our client, a leader in the warehouse and distribution automation space, who require qualified, counter-balance forklift truck drivers to be based both in the UK and EU for an initial period of 2 weeks to support with new equipment installations.
This is a full turnkey role, from taking delivery of paletised goods, to unboxing, building, positioning and commissioning of the machinery. You will be working in a wider team, supported by experienced engineers who have completed previous installations. Your primary role will be to use the forklift to unload, move, help unbox and locate the equipment.
In addition, and if experienced, you may be asked to suppport in undertaking a variety of technical/engineering tasks, both mechancial and electrical from machine building to basic electrical works.
The roles will be starting on Monday 18th and will be 10 hour days, likely to be for 2 weeks although there could be additional works following on.
Rates are dependant on availability and experience.
Accommodation, travel and per diem allowances are available depending on locations
