Job Description

FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Warwick

Hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Elevation People Solutions are currently recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives / FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established operation based in Warwick.

This role is working within a warehouse environment which will require to move in and out of a chilled environment (approximately -8°C / 18°F), supporting the movement and handling of goods across freezer and chiller areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT driver looking for consistent hours and a long-term opportunity within a structured warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operating Counterbalance FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.

  * Transporting goods between freezer and chilled storage areas

  * Loading and unloading deliveries

  * Putting stock away into designated locations

  * Picking and preparing goods for dispatch

  * Supporting general warehouse operations as required

  * Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

  * Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Candidate Requirements

  * Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)

  * Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

  * Comfortable working in chilled / cold temperatures

  * Good understanding of warehouse health & safety practices

  * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

  * Flexible and willing to support across different warehouse duties.
