Job Description
Warehouse Operative - Fork Lift Driver required in the Aylesford / Snodland / Maidstone Kent area working for a large manufacturing company. 12 hour shift rota days and nights. Excellent Salary and Benefits - please call for more details.
Overtime is paid at x1.4 weekdays and x2 on bank holidays and weekends.
Working as part of a 3 person team within a larger crew, the role principally requires the removal and locating of large finished products into the warehouse, preparing them for dispatch and loading the vehicles read for dispatch to the end customer.
Applicants will be loading and unloading trailers using specialist equipment in correct sequences as well as storing, locating, repacking and recording of product within warehouses, using a business IT system.
Candidate requirements:
Previous warehouse and stores experience
Forklift Licence - Counterbalance / Reach
Experience of material handling and working with safe systems of work
Experience using business IT stock systems
Good IT Skills, Good communication skills
