Job Title: Forklift Driver/ Yard Operative
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 10:30am (every week, essential)
Job Description:
We are recruiting a Yard Operative for our High Wycombe branch. This is a hands-on role working in a busy yard environment with responsibility for forklift operation, loading/unloading, and supporting daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift trucks safely (experience required, licence preferred)
Load and unload vehicles
Prepare and check customer orders for delivery and collection
Maintain a tidy, organised yard and warehouse
Receive and store deliveries accurately
Provide friendly, professional service to customers on site
Support with general stock control and vehicle loading checks
Requirements:
Forklift experience (essential)
Valid forklift licence (preferred)
1 years experience Minimum
Previous experience in a warehouse/yard role desirable
Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
Must be available to work every Saturday morning
