Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Tamworth | £13.52 per hour | 9pm–5am (Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operatives to join their busy night-shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the opportunity of being taken on permanent directly by the client leading to excellent earning potential and career progression.
The Role
Working 50% on the Counterbalance Forklift and 50% off the Forklift carrying out general Warehouse duties.
Shift pattern: 9:00pm – 5:00am (job-and-finish principle).
Overtime available to significantly boost earnings.Pay & Benefits
£13.52 per hour (basic rate).
Additional benefits should you be taken on perm
Attendance bonus of £47.97 per week
Monthly performance bonus between £275–£375 (after training).Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
Previous warehouse experience desirable.
Reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic.
