Job Description
Staffright Southend Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance or Reach) for a busy and well-established Global Distribution Company centre in Rayleigh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential for permanent employment after a 13-week probation period.
Pay Rates:
Day Shifts: £12.60 per hour
Night Shifts: £14.11 per hour
Shifts Available:
Days (Mon–Fri):
• 06:00–14:00
• 08:00–16:00
• 14:00–22:00 (Sun - Thurs)
Nights (Sun–Thu): 23:00–07:00
Duties include:
Operating FLT to load and unload deliveries
Manual handling, including moving goods on and off the forklift
General warehouse duties – palletising, picking, and wrapping
Requirements:
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach) - ESSENTIAL
Previous warehouse experience
Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player
