FORKLIFT COUNTERBALANCE / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Are you an experienced Forklift Counterbalance operator with a strong background in warehouse work? We’re recruiting for a straight-to-permanent position with a growing company – offering long-term stability and career progression for the right candidate!
The Role:
50% Forklift Counterbalance / 50% Warehouse Operative
Manual handling up to 18kg
Receiving, handling, and stacking pallets with boxed products
12-hour shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (08:00–20:00)
Some evening and night shifts may be required during busy peak periods
Shift patterns may change depending on business demand
Pay Rates:
£13.76/hour – Forklift Counterbalance
£14.33/hour – If you also hold a Flexi licence
✅ Requirements:
FULL Counterbalance licence required (in-date)
Experience essential in both forklift and warehouse roles
FLEXI licence is a bonus (higher pay rate applies)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Must be able to drive – location is not accessible by public transport
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential evenings or nights
