Responsibilities
Construct and assemble formwork for concrete structures, including walls, columns, beams, and slabs.

Install and dismantle temporary structures and frameworks as required.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and project standards.
Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Day-to-Day
Reviewing project plans and preparing materials for the day's tasks.
Constructing and assembling formwork for concrete pours.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets project specifications.
