About the Role
* Lead and manage the Fostering & Permanence Team to provide a high-quality, comprehensive, and effective service.
* Prepare for inspections and ensure the team maintains high standards of practice.
* Influence developments in social work practice and provide professional leadership.
* Facilitate collaboration within a multi-agency context.
* Act as a specialist advisor on Fostering and Permanence for Looked After Children.
* Contribute to the development of relevant policy and services.
* Utilise and translate statutory, community, voluntary, and independent resources to enhance best practice.
* Deliver high service standards across the borough, in line with the 'Camden Model of Social Work'.
* Work under outstanding leadership and management within a professionally fertile environment.
* Engage with children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with the commitment, drive, and ability to deliver high service standards across the borough.
