Founding Senior Product Manager | InsurTech | Remote / London
Our AI InsurTech Startup (Results-as-a-Service) who have recently secured 5 million in seed funding, who are redefining their industry through the use of AI, are looking for a Founding Senior Product Manager to work alongside the CTO and Founders
Summary: Lead and implement their product roadmap, bridging the gap between technical innovation and real-world insurance challenges.
Compensation: Circa £140,000 base (DoE) + Equity / Stock + other benefits
Location: 100% remote initially but they're planning to open an office in London soon
What you’ll bring:
7-12 years of product management experience with 2-3 years in senior roles delivering successful B2B SaaS products
Complex B2B product experience - You've built products for sophisticated enterprise customers with multi-million dollar decisions
Regulated industry experience
Technical product collaboration
Customer-driven product development
Bonus (Not required) experience:
Built and scaled AI-centric products, ideally with LLMs and/or NLP
Insurance or fintech background
Enterprise SaaS
Startup
