Wolverhampton | £12.21 per hour | Temporary to Permanent

About the RoleThis position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in a foundry environment to secure a long-term career. Starting on a temporary basis, successful candidates will progress to a permanent role following satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operating within the casting and foundry production areas
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures
Performing general foundry duties, including manual handling tasks
Supporting specialist processes with on-the-job and structured training

Previous experience in a foundry environment is essential

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
