Foundry Operative
Stourbridge
Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.50–£15.00 once permanent) + overtime available
We are currently recruiting Foundry Operatives for a respected leader in the casting industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to secure long-term, stable employment in manufacturing.
Role – Foundry Operative
As a Foundry Operative, you will:
Assist in all aspects of the casting process within the foundry
Prepare moulds and cores for production
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Work in a physically demanding environment
Support the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements – Foundry Operative
Previous experience as a Foundry Operative, production operative, or within heavy industry is desirable, but full training is provided
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in hot, fast-paced conditions
Team player with good attention to detail
What’s on offer:
Starting pay at £13.00 per hour, rising to £14.50–£15.00 once permanent
Regular overtime available to significantly increase earnings
Consistent early shift (5am–2pm)
