Job Description:
The role of FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis which supports the understanding of the group’s position and performance and communicating financial insight and analysis which help guide strategic decision-making based on financial trends.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Build relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage financial risks.
Provide financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyse data trends and consolidate findings to deliver meaningful performance insights.
Support business transformation by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business performance.
Create automated reports and dashboards to monitor financial health and drive informed decisions
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Possess (or part-qualified) a professional Accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent).
Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
Analytical, detail-focused, and methodical
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Experience with business software and financial modelling
Change management experience
GCSEs in English & Maths (A–C); A-Levels preferred
(Desirable) Knowledge of residential property management
