What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
Lead all budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning activities
Develop robust financial models to evaluate performance, profitability, and investment decisions
Deliver clear commercial insight and analysis to inform key business decisions
Own KPIs and reporting tools to monitor financial performance
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience
Background in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
Able to partner with key stakeholders and influence at senior level
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
