Salary: £220/day
Location: West London
Are you a skilled FRA Carpenter looking for long term on going work in West London?
We’re hiring an experienced Fire Door / FRA Carpenter to join our growing team, delivering high-quality fire safety works across social housing properties in and around West London.
Salary & Package for the FRA Carpenter:
* £220.00 a day
* Will need own car/van
* 08:30-17:00
* Milage and parking paid
* Ongoing training & development
* ASAP Start
Key Responsibilities for the FRA Carpenter:
* Remedial work on Fire doors
* Ensuring all works meet current fire safety legislation and building regs
* Completing remedial works from FRA surveys
* Working in occupied and void social housing properties
* Accurate reporting and documentation of works via mobile app
Requirements for the FRA Carpenter:
* Proven experience working as an FRA Carpenter or Fire Door Installer
* Full UK driving license (essential)
* NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (desirable)
