We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Joiner to join a repairs and maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding regions. You will be working in the Fire Risk department, covering all Joinery works associated with Fire Stopping / Prevention.
Working within void and tenanted homes you will be providing an excellent customer service and delivering a high standard of work.
Duties:
Fitting new fire doors , repair frames and upgrading existing doors
Fitting electrical enclosures
Installing fire related plaster board
Experience in fire door
Understand fire door components
Fire Stopping Works
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £24.44 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £20.97 Inclusive of holiday).
You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available with a van supplied for work purposes.
You will need;
NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification Level 2 or Above
Full UK Driving Licence
