Framework Manager - Water Sector
North East / Hybrid Working
£50,000 - £75,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
I'm working with a leading contractor in the water sector who are gearing up for a major AMP8 programme. They're looking for a Framework Manager to take ownership of key water treatment projects - acting as both Main Contractor and Subcontractor - and drive delivery across multiple sites.
This is a strategic leadership role with a strong focus on client engagement, programme management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of AMP8 projects across the region
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and the wider supply chain
Oversee a high-performing civil engineering team across multiple sites
Manage project programming, commercial performance, and resource planning
Act as a key point of contact for framework development and client satisfaction
Influence and develop both site and management teams to ensure consistent delivery standardsWhat You'll Bring
Proven experience in the water industry, ideally within a civils environment
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial acumen and programming expertise
Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams
