We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a fabric condition survey programme on a hospital site in North West London.
Role Overview:
You will carry out detailed fabric condition surveys across the hospital estate, recording findings on a tablet device using digital survey software. The work will involve assessing the condition of building elements, identifying defects, and providing accurate, consistent data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Previous experience delivering fabric condition surveys
Confident using tablet-based data collection software
Strong understanding of building fabric, materials, and defects
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Enhanced DBS (within the last 3 years) – essential for hospital accessKey Details:
