We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to carry out fabric condition surveys across a large healthcare estate in Newcastle. This is a short-term assignment lasting 4 to 8 weeks, ideally suited to a surveyor with prior experience in healthcare or public sector buildings.
🔍 Role Overview:
Undertake detailed fabric condition surveys of a variety of healthcare buildings.
Record findings using GoReport software (surveyors must use their own tablet device).
Identify defects, condition ratings, and required remedial works.
Ensure data is accurate, comprehensive, and professionally presented.✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in condition surveys, ideally within the healthcare or public sector.
Proficiency with GoReport software.
Own tablet device suitable for on-site data capture.
Ability to work independently and efficiently over a dispersed estate.
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.📌 Details:
